I use sarcasm because flat out telling you you’re a fucking moron is considered inappropriate and is frowned upon. And I was raised better than that.

"Batgirl Spoiled" fan-made web series gets ready for its time in the sun.

foreverjoyous:

weirdgirlsseries:

A few months ago I let you all know about a new fan-made series called Batgirl Spoiled. They just released a teaser trailer and I talked with star Marisha Ray to get the inside scoop about the show and what’s next.

I like to think I keep my ear to the ground about new series that people are working and what’s happening in the world of the web. When I first saw pics from Batgirl Spoiled I admit that I was surprised. So my first question for Marisha was a simple one. Where did the show come from. It all started when Marisha met up with her soon-to-be co-creator Sax Carr at a party at San Diego Comic Con. They met up again in LA and talked about possible projects over some tasty Thai food (unfortunately not shwarma). Marisha brought up the idea of doing a short film focused on the Gotham City Sirens: Catwoman, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. Sounds great, right? Sax came back with an even better idea. Concerned about giving 3 leads equal screen time and treatment, he suggested focusing on the third Batgirl, Stephanie Brown, and focus on her in a series. Sold!

THIS IS GOING TO BE SO GREAT
